Scrap

Accidentally found this scribbled in pencil on a small piece of scrap paper while clearing out my drawer in college recently. Entitled 'Nothing Else Matters', signed 23.59pm, dated 27/9/2009.

Never thought I'd ever have written something so melodramatic.
But well, that's how much I look forward to the class trip so see you there ;)

不知是念旧情怀作怪，还是思念攻心寂寞难耐，
最近不禁对还未起草的年终班旅，
异常地憧憬。
想像我们在长途巴士的后座一路谈笑，
或者凌晨时分全挤在一个房间里互诉心底的秘密；
也可以并肩坐在沿海的大岩上等待第一丝破晓的曙光，
抑或躺在辽阔的平原上数着缀满整片夜空的星芒。
要么通宵围圈玩着无聊的游戏上瘾，
要么绕着露天烧烤架跳支童军舞；
要不就随兴在餐厅里不为任何人集体唱生日歌，
亦可盯着月亮怂恿班长致电高中的数学教师。
我们在沙滩上用椰树枝写下名字，
在海风中呐喊年少轻狂的梦想；
放纵自己彻夜买啤酒灌得烂醉如泥，
或子时起身为醉酒的同僚盖被，
然后倚在露台上慨叹众人皆醉我独醒。
亲爱的朋友啊，其实
邦格岛还是国家公园，五星旅馆还是街边五脚基，
只要与你们在一起，
天涯海角我什么都不介意。

Although it's quite late to say this but I still want to wish all stpm

students all the best for their exams.

The road may be tough,

there may be millions of possibilities.
